Warranty

     Painting your home is a big expense and it is important that you feel confident in the workmanship and effort put into your painting project.  All-Bright wants customers to feel assured that we will back our work and take every step possible to make sure the job is done right the first time. 
     However, in the unlikely event that there is a problem, you can always contact Casey at 775-750-8923 or submit a             
contact form listing your problem and All-Bright will do everything possible to correct the problem.

Warranty Policy
    Subject to the following limitations All-Bright will warrant its work for a period of 24 months from the contract start date.    

All-Bright will repair work resulting from defective workmanship at no charge to the homeowner.
         To retain a valid warranty you must:
         * Retain a copy of the original contract.
         * The contract must have been paid in full and a canceled check or proof of payment must 
            be presented.
         * Allow full access to your property to perform needed repairs.


     Repairs covered by All-Bright will be performed only on surfaces and areas where blistering, peeling, chipping, flaking or excessive chalking has occurred.  The repairs will be done at no cost to the homeowner.  Due to aging, sun exposure, dye lots and other environmental variables an exact color match cannot be guaranteed.
   
 All-Bright's warranty does NOT cover:
        * Any work performed where materials were supplied by someone other than All-Bright.
        * Any work NOT performed by All-Bright.
        * 
Any horizontal surfaces or other structural surfaces exposed to extreme moisture or foot           
           traffic.    
          This includes but is not limited to stairs, porches, railings, decks, sills, gutters and roofs.
        * Environmental conditions that result in paint failure that include but are not limited to
           fading, chalking, flashing and lapping.
        * Structural defects including but not limited to settling, movement, sheering and      
           roofing defects.
        * Abrasions, abuse, course cleaning, exposure to chemicals, cleaning agents or any other
           harmful solids, liquids or gases.
        * Damages caused by fire, smoke, explosions, floods, animals, insects, acts of God,                                       
          extreme weather conditions, alterations to original work, vandalism, 
          negligence or any other similar causes beyond All-Bright's control.
        * Failure of coating layers below those applied by All-Bright.

        * Cracks in drywall, plaster or wood surfaces.
        * Varnished or natural finished woods.
        * Bleed through that is a result of rust or wood knots.
